Scheduled Appointment

Our goal is to arrive on time for all appointments but due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic delays and weather conditions this may not be possible.  If we expect to be more than 15 minutes late, we will call you as soon as possible.  If we expect to be more than 30 minutes late, we will call you with the option to reschedule your appointment.

Service Requirements

In order to complete our service, we require:

  • a minimum of four (4) feet clearance around your vehicle;
  • self-stored tires ideally placed near the vehicle or a clear path to those tires.  Tire cannot be stored more than four (4) feet off the ground and/or accessible only by using stairs or ladders.  It is your responsibility to ensure your tires are easily accessible;  and
  • access to the vehicle keys or a licensed driver authorized to drive the vehicle.

Wheel Retorque

It is recommended that you have your wheels retorqued after driving 100 kilometres following a tire change.  Please call us if you would like to have your tires retorqued.

Wheel Locks & Lug Nuts

If our Technicians cannot locate your wheel locks or lug nuts at the time of the visit, we will not be able to complete the service and you will be charged a mobile visit fee of $70.

Rescheduled, Cancelled & Missed Appointments

We allow you to reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.  Any appointments not rescheduled or cancelled within this time frame will be charged a mobile visit fee of $70.

For each appointment, we will wait up to 15 minutes if the customer or customer’s vehicle is not present at the scheduled time.  During that time, we will attempt to contact the customer.  After 15 minutes, we will consider this to be a missed appointment and you will be charged a mobile visit fee of $70.

Tire Storage

The fee paid for tire storage is a non-refundable fixed charge and covers six months of storage with no abatement for early termination or retrieval by you.  If tires are to be stored longer than six months, arrangements will need to be made to pay for the additional storage period. If fees remain unpaid for six months, we will consider the tires abandoned and they will become the property of 2798212 Ontario Inc.

The storage fee covers up to six months of storage, as well as pick-up and delivery, which will generally occur at the time of the tire change or as scheduled.  If you require your tires to be retrieved from storage at any other times, we require three days advance notice.

Subcontractors

You acknowledge that some of the work may be completed by independent subcontractors arranged by us and this will serve as your authorization to us to so retain such subcontract services with the understanding that we are solely responsible for the cost and quality of such subcontracted services.
